Important Notice for authors

- No-show papers will not be published in SPIE .

- At least one author should complete registration in the system after receiving Acceptance Notification.

- An author can only registe for One Full Paper.

-Conference Notice

-For all accepted posters, you need to prepare a poster with a size of 0 .8m * 1.2m, this conference does not have a template to reflect freedom and diversity, at that time, you can bring the corresponding poster, to the posting area, according to your manuscript number.

1. Registration Fee

Note:

1.The early bird discount：Submit your registration information in the system before Oct. 15 , 2023 23:59 Beijing Time (UTC/GMT +8.00).

2. Please be advised that Student rate is applicable only to those who have student status. Student rate will not be applied for students who have a full-time job.

3. Registration Fee Includes:

- Admission to all conference workshops, plenaries, sessions, and posters.

- Meals during the conference

- Conference program book and bag.

4. Due to the fluctuating exchange rate, we suggest that you prioritize submitting registration fees by CNY account.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

- Any bank charge or service charge entailed by the refund have to be borne by the registrant.  Participants may, however, transfer the registration to another person, instead of cancelling.

- An official writing to the Secretariate of UltrafastX 2023 by email is required. (ultrafastx@opt.ac.cn)

- Refund applications made before Oct. 15 will be completed by Oct. 20.

Refund applications made after Oct. 15 will be completed by NOV 25.
